General Description - From this page, you can see your franchise's draft board. The draft board was assembled by your high school and college scouts in conjunction with your specified draft settings.

Show - You may view the Top 25, Top 50, Top 100 or Top 500 of the players in the draft pool. At this point, the accuracy of each player's projected and current ratings is directly related to the amount spent on the scouting department to which the player is assigned - high school or college. If a user selects Top 25, then limits his search by position, the search will return all of the players at that position who fall within the combined scouting department's overall Top 25. The listed positions are the positions the relevant scouting department projects the player to play at the big league level.

View - After selecting the number to show, users may select the attributes to view. These include Background Info, Current Hitting Ratings, Current Pitching Ratings, Current Fielding/General Ratings, Projected Hitting Ratings, Projected Pitching Ratings and Projected Fielding/General Ratings. The ratings categories are the same as those found throughout the game, but are solely based on the scouting department to which the player is assigned. The more money a franchise spends on college or high school scouting, the more players they will scout and the more accurate the projections will be. The more players scouted, the more likely those types of players will be drafted.

Rank - Clicking this button will allow you to rank, on an individual basis, the players that you want drafted. Your player pool will immediately reflect any changes that you make. Keep in mind that any changes you make to the position targets, weights, or player types on the Draft Settings page will nullify all of the previous rankings that you have made. Alternatively, any changes you make to the drafting strategy or risk levels on the Draft Settings page will NOT change your manual draft rankings.

The Draft - Be sure to read over the Draft Settings page. The settings you choose determine which players are ranked where and which players are selected when.
